1982 Florida License Plate Error

One of our readers, Colin, left a comment about a plate he came across that we thought was very interesting. We wanted to share it with our readers so Colin was nice enough to send us some pictures and he also told us about how he came across the Error Plate. Below is Colin's story and a picture of his 1982 Florida License Plate.... In 1982, I transferred from New York To Tampa, Florida.
